This will disable EAC and turn on any installed mods.

To re-enable the anti-cheat and disable all mods, run the .exe again. Note that if you use this file, you will start the game with EAC disabled no matter where you start. If you don't care about toggling, you can use the "start_game_in_offline_mode.exe" to start the game in offline mode directly. Although, if you only use the toggler, launching the game elsewhere will run it with EAC enabled.
